I have been buying Lions Maine from Martin at my local farmers market in noosa for the last 6 months now and his mushrooms are so damn fresh every single time, any one that used to love a good steak, try using Lions Maine. Itโs better than any meat alternative out there, hands down ๐ฏ

Delicious, nutritious, my favourite is lion's mane. I follow a plant based diet and prefer a local farm, their fungi are exceptionally fresh , recommended.
