Fresh Produce Policy
Our mushrooms are highly perishable. As such, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Reporting an Issue
To request a refund or replacement, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please contact us using the Contact Us tab and include:
Your full name
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
We assess each claim in line with the ACL.
Refunds & Replacements
If your claim is approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or
Replacements are provided with your next scheduled delivery/collection
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Delivery Issues
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, refunds cannot be provided. Once the parcel is handed to the courier or to you directly, responsibility transfers to the buyer unless the issue resulted from our error.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before harvest or packing has commenced. Once preparation begins, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
