Fleur de Fungi sells gourmet and specialty mushrooms, which are perishable agricultural products.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. Due to the nature of farming and harvesting, stock levels and varieties may change without prior notice.

  • Accuracy of Information: We strive to ensure that all descriptions, pricing, and availability information on the Service are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

  • Perishability: By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that they are highly perishable. We provide a 24-hour window for reporting quality issues upon receipt, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

  • We accept payment via Shopify Payments.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location and will be added to the total price of the order during checkout.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that are caused by the carrier or by events outside our control (e.g., weather).

 

5. User Obligations

As a user of the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

  • Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
