Each variety brings its own texture and character, from the firm, meaty King of Pearl to the delicate, quick-cooking Golden Oyster, so you get a genuine spread of colour, structure, and flavour rather than a single note. Good for anyone who wants to taste the range of what oyster mushrooms can do in one pan.
Grown locally in Coolum Beach using 100% Australian materials. Our mushrooms are chemical-free and spray-free, harvested fresh for exceptional flavour.
